Danny Cohen joins as President of Roc USA!

We are extremely pleased to announce that Danny Cohen has joined Roc Search as our President of Roc Search US, marking a significant milestone in our journey across the States.

Bringing with him over 22 years of extensive experience in the staffing industry, Danny has had a fantastic career to date notably contributed to organisations such as SThree and The Impellam Group. His professional journey has spanned various markets and locations, including the UK, Netherlands, New York, San Diego, and his current base in Austin, Texas.

Beyond his staffing expertise, Danny is a distinguished leader in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) space. Recognised as a 2023 SIA DE&I Influencer and ranked 4th in the World Staffing Leaders to Watch 2023, he has dedicated a substantial part of his career to fostering diversity and inclusion within our industry. Danny founded initiatives such as "The Outlier Project," "Breaking the Glass," and Impellam’s "STEM Council For Good." Additionally, he serves as the Director of DEI at Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and holds board positions at both Austin Community College and the San Diego Tech Hub.

We are genuinely thrilled to have Danny on board, combining his wealth of recruitment experience with his passion for DE&I to contribute significantly to Roc Search's growth and development.

In a recent conversation with Danny, he shared his enthusiasm about joining Roc Search and the opportunities he sees for both himself and the business:

“I’ve known Conor for many years, having met all the way back in our Huxley days, and know how driven and capable an individual he is. I’ve watched as Roc Search has continued to grow, going from strength to strength over the last 17 years. So when Conor approached me to join as President of their USA team, I really felt there was a huge opportunity for both myself and the business. An opportunity for me to apply much of what I’ve learnt over the years to a business with so much potential, helping take Roc Search even further forward. The key aim for me is to facilitate the creation of exceptional leaders within the business. I often say, I’m not here to create success - I’m here to create succession.
