A key client of mine who are a manufacturer of life safety control systems are on the look out for a Technical Support & Training Engineer to join their growing team.
This role will be primarily home based with travel expected across the South of England.
Key requirements:
- Fire industry experience
- Understanding of fire alarm systems
- Previous experience with comissioning or servicing fire systems
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver product training to both staff and customers
- Provide telephone, email and field support to customers and staff
- Develop and improve training
- Assist in validation of new products
