Technical Account Manager for a permanent position based in Gateshead.
Role Overview:
Manage customer relationships and technical services, including new and legacy products, and repair services.
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Head of Business Development, Operations & Engineering, Procurement Supervisor, and more.
- External: Customer project teams, repair, and legacy product customers.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of pricing, cost estimating, and cost accounting.
- Technical knowledge for interfacing with engineers.
- Experience in project and operations management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the Defence & Security sector.
- Energetic, resilient, with excellent time management skills.
