Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join a highly successful team working for a public sector organisation based in Sheffield.

Day to day you will be managing a huge range of projects across the entire company. They have over 20 digital services they look after across a range of areas, so your role will be incredibly varied. You will be the sole Scrum Master in the team, so you have a real opportunity to come in and take ownership of setting the bounds of the role yourself.

This is a hybrid position, whereby you need to be in the office 1-2 times a week.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Agile
• Experience in a similar role

Desirable skills include experience with:

• Certified Scrum Master
