A key client of mine is looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to join their growing business in Hertfordshire. This role would suit a strong Quality Engineer looking to make the step into management.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years in quality engineering
- Customer focused mind set
- Manufacturing environment experience is essential
- IATF16949 experience
Duties:
- Liaise with customers processing complaints and queries
- Data analysis of customer issues and driving improvements
- Supplier & Internal development
- Production support
