The role:
- Preferred clinical background but doesn't need to be a current registrant
- Support Associate COO and Care Group Director to develop and deliver the care group operational strategy and service delivery
- Provide operational management function for emergency department and integrated assessment unit
- Effective and efficient deployment of resources
- Deliver performance improvement against key UEC performance metrics
- Build relationships with clinical staff and management staff ensuring regular and proactive communication
- Lead and develop a culture where safe and high quality patient care is consistently delivered
