Roc Search are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for a 4-6 month contract to start immediately for our NHS client.
Band 8B/8C - Inside IR35 via Umbrella
£292 - 348 pd
Fully onsite in York and/or Scarborough - may discuss flexibility

The role:
- Preferred clinical background but doesn't need to be a current registrant
- Build relationships with clinical staff, management staff and partners ensuring regular and proactive communication
- Lead and develop a culture where safe and hgh quality patient care is consistently delivered
- To lead improvement actions using improvement methodology regarding flow, discharge and hospital co-ordination. The postholder will work with clinical and operational leads to support and deliver an efficient and effective service which contributes to the achievement of national and local performance standards.
- To develop the oversight and governance of patient flow and governance
- Lead and develop a culture where safe and high quality patient care is consistently delivered
