Mechanical Design Engineer - Solidworks
Our client, experiencing significant growth and a high demand for their services, is looking for a talented Design Engineer to join their expanding team. As a Design Engineer, you will help develop 3D models, review designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks.
- Perform structural integrity checks and manage document control via SolidWorks PDM.
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and source components as required.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Operations to ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Review and revise designs for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CAD design experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Familiarity with MS Office and SolidWorks Simulation Express.
