We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing client in Rugby.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years' + experience in a Supervisory or Management role with experience in a heavy industrial environment

Overtime rates on top of salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Mechanical Maintenance Engineers and assess issues on the plant and address them with the team
- Complete all risk assessments and method statements and ensure all staff are adhering to regulations and are working safely
- Undertake the planning of all labour costs, work costs, material costs and adhere to budgets
Key Attributes:
- 3 to 5 years + experience in a Supervisory or Management role leading a team of Maintenance or Service Engineers ideally working on heavy industrial equipment
- Full Apprenticeship
- IOSH qualification or similar is essential
- Strong work ethic and good attitude to learn
