My client is seeking an IT Support Manager who will be enhancing, supporting, administrating and architecting the IT Infrastructure, for a number of their on-site locations. You will be managing a team and overseeing the configuration, installation and operation of all infrastructure. The successful candidate will be outgoing and confident in providing their team with training.

Salary: Up to £45,000/annum
Based in Gloucester

- Great diagnostic skills
- Azure Active Directory
- Security processes, updates and patch management
- Supporting Windows 10+, OS X to macOS, iPhones/iPads
- Microsoft Office 365 administration (Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint)
- Administrating networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, computers, printers, servers, wireless and cabling)
Desirable:
- Cyber Security Essentials Plus Certified
- Knowledge of Linux (Debian, Ubuntu)
- Use of mobile device management (InTune)
- Experience in building and deploying images to PC's
- Configuration management (Ansible, ITIL, Puppet, Chef)
