IT Support Engineer - Windows / Azure
Roc Search are currently recruiting for an IT Support engineer to join a team working for a Manufacturing company based in Rotherham.
You would be providing support for their internal users, which spans across 4 countries in Europe. The support provided will be reactive, based on the tickets that come in, and then subsequently proactive in order to try and minimise repeat issues with the same root cause. You will also have the chance to get involved in various projects.
If you are looking to learn and grow then this is an excellent opportunity to get involved in. You will be able to learn about their up to date systems, cybersecurity etc.
You will need to be on-site 5 days a week, but after 3-4 months you can work from twice a week.
Essential skills include experience with:
- Previous IT Support experience
Advantageous skills include experience with:
- Microsoft Stack (Windows, Active Directory etc.)
- Azure
