I'm supporting a thriving medical device manufacturing business in their search for a new Head of Engineering.
A hugely exciting role in an organisation providing critical care in a range of life saving scenarios.
The successful candidate will possess;
- Circa 5 years of engineering leadership in a medical device business
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy
- The ability to travel globally, sometimes at short notice
- Good knowledge of ISO 13485 & Regulatory awareness in a medical device environment
- Project leadership
- Ability to work to deadlines in a high pressure scenario
- Have heavy involvement in process for continued growth of engineering team, globally.
- Ability to lead & manage individuals and sub-teams remotely often via online communication
- Ability to visit various sites across UK (circa 3 days p/w WFH)
