A key client of ours has expressed the requirement for a General Manager to oversea the manufacturing side of their business based in Essex. This is a company that is in a period of rapid growth, going from strength to strength.
Key requirements:
- Proven continuous improvement experience
- Operation excellence overseeing a manufacturing plant
- Previous experience of CADCAM programming
- Machine shop background
- Experience supplying into high precision industries
- 5+ years SMT experience
The key responsibilities for this role are to oversee the overall plant performance, this would include driving continuous improvement and collaborating with other facets of the business to continue to develop a high-tech factory.
