Roc Search in on the lookout for a Desktop Engineer to come join my manufacturing client on a 3 Month contract (with a likelihood of an extension).
This position would be at a day rate of £225 per day (Outside ir35) - On-site - Blackpool - 3-Month contract (likely to extend)
Role of the Desktop Engineer:
- A solution's driven engineer who can work to resolve issues where possible and escalate if needed within the agreed SLA's.
- Investigating, troubleshooting and logging technical Issues. Respond to IT issues when they arise and resolve them quickly.
- Patching issues and applications
- Network Patching
- Picking up and resolving tickets
- Perform proactive maintenance using their in-house monitoring system.
Essential skills required:
- Windows 7, Windows 11, Office 365. (Windows Suite)
- Intune
- Active Directory
- LAN/WAN
