Business Systems Analyst - ERP / CRM / Application Support
Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join a highly successful team working for a Manufacturing company based in Manchester. They have been and are continuing to grow into 2025, so it's a very exciting time to join.
Day to day you would be working with end users looking at any issues and making sure they are fixed as well as scoping requirements to make changes to the systems. You will be in charge of managing the whole process, interacting with staff at all levels.
If you are keen to get into a company where they will train you up and provide progression, then this is an excellent opportunity as that is a big focus for them.
Ideally you will need to be in the office 5 days a week, but this could be flexible to 3 days in the office depending on your experience.
Essential skills include:
- Application Management and Support
- Business grade applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, Sales management, Stock management, PO management etc.)
- SQL
Advantageous skills include:
- Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience
