As our client continues to expand, we are seeking a New Business Development Manager to join our client who can open new avenues and drive growth across the UK and Europe.
Field Based Covering UK and Europe
Bonus + Car or Car Allowance
This would suit someone with 5 years + in a similar role who has experience selling solutions or components in an Electrical, Mechatronic, Electro-pneumatic, Automation or Controls environment to customers in the UK and abroad
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in targeted industries.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business contracts and partnerships.
Key Attributes:
- Background working in a Sales/ Business Development role selling control systems and automation solutions
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business growth strategies.
- Willingness to travel as required.
