Agile Project Manager

Roc Search are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager for up to 4-5 months to work for our prestigious client in Central London. Your role will be to lead on the delivery of high-quality products and services across multiple workstreams within the Agile transformation programme, including Microsoft Copilot AI.

Start: URGENTLY
Day rate - Inside IR35
37.5 hours a week.
Hybrid working in model - 2 days a week within their offices in Central London.

Experience needed for the role:
* Demonstrable history of successful delivery of complex projects in agile environments
* Proven experience of working in software development or digital based projects enabling significant business change
* Track record of improving business and delivery processes
* Experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an agile development approach
* Experience of communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders (digital and non-digital) and challenging and coaching an organisation to adapt
* Situational leadership
* Leading and driving professional & technical development
* Ability to lead and coach others and to work cross functionally within an organisation
* Applying and demonstrating effective project governance which includes reporting upwards, handling change controls, managing risks and dependencies, working with third parties, and completing post implementation reviews
* Agile project management practitioner qualification preferable
