2nd Line Support Engineer (Field)- Gloucester
The successful candidate will be IT Support for both my client's head office and retail stores, with regular travel that will be fully expensed. This role includes a variety of daily tasks and you will need to have a broad knowledge of IT Support. 2nd Line Support Engineer (Field)
Salary: Up to £30,000/annum
Based in Gloucester
Start date - ASAP
Requirements:
- You will be required to work on-site
- UK driving license and own car needed (expenses will be paid)
- 6+ months in a previous IT Support role (1st and 2nd line experience)
- Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint) and Apple OS administration
- Excellent customer services skills and communication
- Mobile Device Management
- Good understanding of computer hardware
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
- Ability to demonstrate and good understanding of Networking and Security skills
- Able to move around without assistance
Key Skills and Experience:
Desirable:
- Apple OS
- Exposure to Fortinet
- Linux administration
- Good scripting knowledge
- VPN and VLAN management
- PDQ administration/troubleshooting
- Virtual Machine Management (Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, VM-ware)
