With over two decades of experience spanning Technology, Public Sector, and Engineering recruitment, as well as consultancy solution delivery, I oversee the Public Sector Framework and Bid team at Roc Search. Our collaborative efforts extend to a diverse array of Public Sector clients, including but not limited to Healthcare, Local Authorities, Registered Providers of Social Housing, Police & Emergency Services, Central Government, Schools, Universities, and Registered Charities. Our primary aim is to provide specialized talent and large-scale project teams, meticulously sourcing top-tier professionals from across the industry.

 Leveraging my comprehensive understanding of both Local and Central Government frameworks, my role encompasses the end-to-end management of all Frameworks, from initial bid or proposal stages to contract award. This entails spearheading early and ongoing strategy development, meticulous terms review, governance oversight, solution ideation, and post-award Framework management. By offering our clients an Account Managed service, my team and I adopt a personalised and strategic approach, prioritising successful and compliant project delivery while constantly striving for improvement and identifying operational efficiencies.
